Hello Harvey Family,
Another week gone and another week that I don't really remember a whole lot that went on. I hope everyone is doing well. Don't you guys go the the ranch this week? I bet that will be fun. Did you invite Lexie? Well,l I hope that the ranch goes well for everyone.
For this week...
We are still trying to find more people to be able to teach. It has kind of died off now. We have one investigator that we are teaching on a consistent basis. Kenneth the quadriplegic. He is pretty awesome even though this last week he has acted pretty strange. We think that his brother is telling him a lot of stuff about our church and it is kind of getting to him. He was supposed to come to church yesterday, but never showed up. And then when we went by to see if he was home he didn't answer and ignored our call. So we will see how that goes. He knows that the gospel will change and bless his life, it's just that he has a crappy family support and what not. He also chews pretty bad so we are trying to get him off of that. He is scheduled for the 17th of July, hopefully by then he is ready.
Other than him, we have pretty much dropped a lot of people that we were teaching cuz none of them are progressing. But we do have some sweet stuff happening in the singles ward this upcoming week so I will let you know how that goes.
We had Stake Conference yesterday, and it was awesome. We were spiritually filled, Elder Pickerd from the 70 was visiting. He is awesome, and a man called of God. He taught some sweet lessons to the Round Rock Stake and even to me.
That is about it for this week. Not much happening, we are just working hard and trying to find people still. We did get a new district leader but I haven't met him in person yet. Hope y'all have a fun time at the ranch.
One last thing, the pictures that I attached are from last P-day. We went to Round Rock Donuts and got that thing. Show Taylor cuz she is excited to see it. And it dominated me by the way. Way too much chocolate frosting.
Love,
